Cats Are Emotional Creatures!

Cats are emotional creatures. Cats can feel lonely, bored, frightened, or stressed. They display a range of feelings including pleasure, frustration and affection.

Studies proved that cats and humans have nearly identical sections of the brain that control emotion. In both people and cats, the brain is composed of gray and white matter. Just like humans, cats have temporal, occipital, frontal and parietal lobes of their cerebral cortex. Each region is connected in the same way.
